Not dated, but my Friend who is an Army Instructor told me that they get issued them since 3 Month. He also told me that this is the very new Model and the old gold/silver ones are out of the issuing process.
They also kicked out the good old Verbandspäckchen. I got one of the new ones, opened for training, so I can take a Pic. They're the same as the US ones, made in Israel, just with 2 Stickers in German on the Printed Package. I guess, the english is under them.Comment
