Rucksack Seesack

I acquired this rucksack (or maybe Seesack) recently. I assumed is from BW, but only a supposition. The writting in the label is unreadable.
Can you identify? What period?
Also has some missing parts, like the some kind of clousure with two snaps and the strap who connect the hooked ending with the buckle. Other photos are welcome.

The Top Flap is missing too. It's a French Forces F1 Large Pack.
As the FLap is secured only by 2 Stud Buttons, it falls off very easy. You can use it on the lower or the upper Eyelet Rim, according to how much equipment is Carried.
Sadly mine are stuffed away somewhere, maybe If I find them I'll take a Pic.
