jeans express zipp off trousers

zippers from waist to footend along the side on both legs.
are these fleece lined outdoors adventure kind of trousers or army issue?
and what's the use? just winter protection?

Jeans express has made things for the BW but I think these are for the civilian market. I've seen civilian articles of clothing from Jeans Express with a Q number that does not make any sense in the BW world. The civilian stuff they make with a Q number never has a NATO stock number on it. Made to fool the public into thinking the garment is military when it is not.

I was told that many Firms founded a Group of Makers agains the price Politics of the BW to get the Best for the cheapest. So there is only one Firm offering a Job, but many Makers can produce the Stuff and earn money. somebody Told me that JE is some of these "Groups".
I think the Liner is OK. The Zippers on the side are to use it also over the Uniform, just to use it for a short time and you don't have to change the whole Uniform.
I have the same with some US M 65 Trousers Liners, except that they're buttoned.
