BW Qualification Badges, Need help ID'ing!

I have a set of three BW qualification badges (at least I'm pretty sure they are BW), that I picked up back in the 1980's. They were in the pocket of a wool BW field shirt. I have been having a tough time finding a clear source for identification.

It seems both East and West Germany had versions of these?

What type of job would each of these badges go to......
administration, flight crew, support............?

Is the middle badge one that would be used in all services, or is it also a Luftwaffe badge?

Teh symbol on the middle badge is universal for all branches. But due to the blue cloth backing its clearly the Luftwaffe version.
