Got these today and was surprised that this stuff is in use. Comes from LHBw wit NSN Number. I'm not 100% sure. they said its BW, but maybe Bundespolizei as they also use NSN's. Maybe for Anti Riot use in Kosovo or so. It has some Pouches with Hard Protectors.
