FschJgBtl263 and their flag in Afghanistan

A few days ago a question was posted about BW FJ flags. As luck would have it, shortly after the thread was started I stumbled across an FJ flag in use in "the sandbox". This appears to be a locally produced flag made in theatre by the unit. There were a few photos of the unit in action that came with the flag so I have posted them as well.
    Gotta love them HK hats!!!!

    Regards,

    Gordon

Gordon - Cool pictures. How long have those integral grenade launchers on the G36 been around? Anyone know the nomenclature?

I noted too the internal padding on the bottom of the sleeve.

I feel sorry for those guys trying to put together a modern greni in "Ass-crack-istan" ensemble; I'm sticking with the good ole Cold War oliv stuff myself.

      All the best - TJ

That's the head mount for the NVG "Lucie".
          Quite comfy actually.

          Hey there TJ,
the 40 mm x 46 "grenade luncher" has been around since 2002 I guess.
          It's called AG 36 - Anbaugerät 36

          Cheers,
