Does anyone know if any BW Motor Transport/Transportation badges existed/exist for the Heer/Luftwaffe?? I do know of one that did exist for the NVA (winged wheel). I'd like to see these if any are out there.

These badges, in all three grades, can be found in cloth with embroidered insignia. The same badge is worn by the Marine as well as the Heer and the Luftwaffe.
