Your cap is later manufacture (1980s-present) - cloth and colour is clue. Interesting that it has mininature Leistungsabzeichen and Sportabzeichen pinned on. The other pin looks like some type Gebirgsjäger/Wanderer badge.

Several members here have 1950s-60s caps. They are rough wool and darker grey.
