Ok, thanks, I thought I hijacked the photos from ebay, and I guess I misjudged the size just a little bit
I should've tried to ID the mags as I didn't know how M1 mags looked since I never really cared about them :P

Those photos were from TJ's collection in the BGS thread. The pouch is not for G1 but for M1 Carbine, which was issued to BGS and Polizei in 1950s. I think he writes that in the post.

I think there is some information on BRD M1 carbine ammo pouches in that site you posted the other day; I have to go through it more carefully.
