Gentlemen,

A new book added to my library. Don't let the title lead you astray. Roughly translated into English it says 'History of the Armed Forces Officers who Created the German Federal Armed Forces". In actual fact, it is book that lists holders of the Knights Cross who also served in the Bundeswehr. Fairly long bios on the well known ex Wehrmacht members with shorter bios on the less well known. It also lists those who won the German Cross in Gold who served in the Bundeswehr and rose to General or Admiral rank. I've only had this book since yesterday so haven't had time to study it but it appears well worth adding to my library.

This book contains a picture and a biography of the Ritterkreuztrager who joined the Bundeswewhr. I bought my copy of ebay.de. It is too dark to take pictures of the inside now but I will take a couple tomorrow.
