    Who knows this West German Stuff

    Hello,
    Can't find this Stuff in my files. Maybe Police.
    One Coat has a label of the Cologne Theatre of the "Dreigroschenoper" of Brecht.

    I would say it's prussian blue and a black collar.

      Brilliant coat I must say, but Im not too sure of its origins although I would likely say it was used by police as well seeing as the BGS utilized these coats (only in different color of course)...but yet I wish these were still in use by the military and police forces of Germany today. They truly gave a sense of tradition to the recruit

        The label of the cologne theatre should be the answer to the question... to my opinion claerly a better / high class produced costume coat for actors! In many plays and even in carnival policemen of the imperial german era are allway wearing blue uniforms as relic of prussian tradition ...
