F4 Phantom Jacket Patch - Possibly West German?

Hi guys,

I posted this F4 Phantom jacket patch in the US section of the Forum thinking it was USAF. It was suggested by a longtime USAF patch collector that it just could be a West German Air Force jacket patch. Does anyone recognise it as possible W. German and if so, what unit, flight?
