Anyway, I was pleasently surprised to find the badge made by S&L, Ludenscheid.
I'm happy to now have a nice collection of Sport Badges. A DRA, DRL, the DSB, A DDR general badge and their NVA version, plus the Bundeswehr Proficiency Badge in Bronze, too.
