Rank of Oberstabsgefreiter Tunic Help

I have just aquired a West German Luftwaffe Tunic with shoulder boards of what I see in a forum thread is Oberstabsgefreiter rank. Can someone tell me what is the equal rank in the US Airforce, or US Army? Also it has cuff titles on sleeves that read Geschwader, a set of embroidered wings in the middle, Steinhoff. Can you tell me what these stand for. Thank You,

It's an Airman first class of the 73 Fighterwing "Steinhoff" in Laage in Germany.
