I don´t know this insignia and maybe I´m wrong but it doesn´t look military (ground forces) to me because of the light blue background. Maybe aviation related?

Didier,

Not a badge that I have seen before or can associate with the French-German Brigade. A possibility is an unofficial badge from the Combined Joint Expeditionary Force. A joint French-British force the could be deployed to a specific hot spot somewhere in the world. This is not a standing force but one that does do joint exercises periodically to perfect ways to operate together.
