ID for this hood

Hello all,

Could someone help with an I.D. on this hood? It was purchased with a BRD Polizei helmet a few years ago and has been forgotten in a box until recently.

What you have is a very nice BGS 1st Pattern Sumpftarn hood for use with the 1st Model jacket (1958-1960). Very late examples were made with the 2nd Pattern Sumpftarn. The difference is 1st Pattern has no distinct space between the colored shapes, 2nd Pattern does. Berlin Polizei Sumpftarn hoods are similar, but distinctly different in pattern and construction details.
