WWII British Para Officer's Tunic

Hey Everyone! British uniforms are not really my specialty, so I was hoping you folks could help me out here. I've got this uniform. 2nd Lt. Insignia on the Epauletts I believe. It has the education lapel insignia. It has the sewn on ribbon bar. It also has the para wings on the sleeve. It is IDed to a Major. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, any information on its value would be welcome. Thanks very much for your help!

Fake Para wings I'm afraid! They look very much like the King & Country made ones!

Apart from that, it does look like a nice Service Dress
