Thanks for the reply but I do not think either one of those is it...Spink's looks close but I could not find what I was looking for.

There was a thread posted here somewhere re: an auction of commonwealth gallantry groups from a collection being sold in which there was a VC. I cannot find the thread now.

I just remembered there was an auction of British Gallantry groups in Australia recently - by Noble Numismatics - it included a VC group.
