Any ideas as to what this badge is? It is 2" in diameter multi piece sterling and beautifully enamelled.

Another question . I recently found this Canadian ROC badge; 2" x 1 3/4". I know it is the standard design but I haven't seen one done with enamelling. It also has two screw posts and nuts for attachment, not add ons but look original to the badge. It is marked W.SKULLY LTD. MONTREAL. I'm assuming it is a standard RCOC officer hat badge just custom done. Any thoughts appreciated.
