K. LTD. Mark on a Belt

I can't post pictures at the moment.

I have a p37 belt marked K. LTD. 1941.

It has a Broad Arrow mark with an additional Broad Arrow inspector mark with the number 10 below the arrow.

Is this a British manufacturer? I want to used it for a British field gear set and want to make sure it's not from India, Australia, etc.

The other nations have different acceptance marks and inspectors marks, so at least British used if not made. Also LTD sounds British, Aussie stuff is usually PTY and Indian stuff has circular markings

Thank you both for your help. The belt looks British manufacture to me, I wish I could post a photo of it, but there are problems with renewing memberships right now.
