Very nice group - and on original ribbons too - which is uncommon enough in itself. Still a day to go on it - I wonder how far up it will get bid?

I spotted that one as well. Outside of my area of interest, but definitely a nice group and an interesting combination of medals. Should fetch a good price by the end I'd say...tack on another grand or so is my guess.

Yep pretty close on that guess!

While definitely not chump change I agree with Geoff that it was in line for an interesting group like this. If it was to my regiment I would have been prepared to pay a similar price...of course I'd have to resort to illegal activities to fund it but that's a different matter altogether.
