Maroon Para Titles

I know it was early post WW2 but can anyone please tell me the date when maroon 'Parachute Regiment' titles replaced the blue titles?

Sealed on the 16th of September 1949 pattern number 14100, introduced into the CCN on the 28th of October 1949 number CB 2206.

Reference: Sealed patterns, various "List of changes in war materiel and of patterns of military stores which have been approved and sealed for land and sea services", AOs, ACIs, CCNs, and COSAs.
