Meritorious Service Medal research, help needed

Gentleman,
a collectors friend of mine tried to research a post WW2 Meritorious Service Medal to 23686788 SSgt H M Shaw Royal Artillery.
Is someone here could be able to help on research.
May is there some where a A.O. for his LSGC or the MSM

Hi,
his army number indicates that he enlisted Dec 1958/Jan 1959, so his MSM may have been awarded around the mid to late 70's..
