Camouflage smock help

This was in a collection I bought. Have no idea what it is or when it dates from. Suspect it is British. Any help would be appreciated.

Either the 1952 print or 56 time frame
Moon and balls pattern

tag seems to be missing from below the neck where it resides on my example, belgian moon and balls 1950's.

Nutmeg, that's a 52 pattern Belgian smock. The 56 pattern flap pockets each have three closure snaps along the edge, and there are snaps underneath the collar for a detachable hood.

I just paid around that for a good-condition 56-pattern smock, so I don't think that would be out of line for the earlier model.
