    Canadian Jacket/Battledress?

Where would have Canadian forces worn this? Was this for combat or just garrison use?

At the moment I know very little about Canadian militaria.

Canadian pattern 'Khaki Drill' tunic for summer wear, introduced during the War, so this 1943 one may be an early example. Not 'combat' but working and 'walking out' dress.

This site has good general information, including drawings and photos: https://www.canadiansoldiers.com/uniforms/uniform.htm
