Dress Trousers

Found these Trousers while sorting and can't ID them.
It's a very light fabric, so maybe regimental Tailored for Warm Areas with 2 17mm wide Stripes.
No Label or other markings.
Came in some bundles of SBA Cyprus Police & MDG/MPS Slacks & Trousers.
Maybe this helps a bit.

Looks like either parade or mess dress trousers. Might be british.

British for sure, came with some tons of british Trousers.
I still have about 5000 to sort.
