      This is a Mark III Kukri which was introduced in 1944-45, so certainly not WWI.

          I strongly suspect the markings are a later addition / 'improvement'. The vast majority of WWI kukris seem to have had few or no markings, depending on whether they were UK or Indian made. Some don't even have a broad arrow stamp.

          And as Popskipa implies, the style is wrong for WWII.

            Modern reproduction kukri, with spurious WW1 markings. As already stated, this is the wrong pattern for WW1, more closely resembling a MK III, although not quite right for that either.
