Just wanted to confirm that this is vice air marshall Victor stanton Bowling on the label. Its on a raf mess dress top and i think it belongs to him but I'm not to sure.

Hi

there was a Victor Swanton Bowling that rose to Group Captain and in 1947 received the King Haakon VII Freedom Class award from Norway. I can't find any other reference to him beyond 1947.
