1907 Wilkinson Pall Mall bayonet markings help please!

Hi I am having trouble researching the markings on the reverse of the makers marked Ricasso (it’s a 1907 Wilkinson pall mall bayonet). It has lots of other marks on the bottom of the grip, the staple on the scabbard, the scabbard leather (marked JWL 1917)- but these are difficult for me to research/ if anyone has a link or just a translation, it would be most appreciated... thank you!

Here’s something else interesting. I’ve only found one other bayonet so far that has this very interesting paint on the exposed metal parts of it when in a (tropical?) frog... it’s definitely old (desert camo?) really has that Sahara yellow to it.. could it have been an African campaign reissue (or, more to the period it was made) a Mesopotamia/Palestine campaign issue? It bears no Arabic/Iraqi proofs or marks that went with the Iraqi ones on the pommel... but this first photo is of a pall mall (note the cross guard paint) owned by a collector in South Africa (image courtesy of greatwarforum) - compared with the scabbard tip and pommel of mine (last two pics)

Can anyone refer me to a person or a site or a book that can be more helpful? Moderators, if I have posted in the wrong forum- can you please move this thread to more appropriate one? Thank you.

                Hi cooky
Thank you very much for the reply. It made me recall the BCN which I believe may still be an operating forum and will try there... the reference book title is also much appreciated I will look that up as well.
                Best regards
                Mike

It looks to me that the bayonet is stamped "11" "17" which would be a manufacture date of November 1917.

                  " '21 " is a refurbishment date [1921]

" T6E" and "G8E" are inspectors markings - either from original production or the refurbishment. I think they may be from the latter as there other similar, and unreadable to me, which may be the originals.

JWL may be John White & Sons Limited of Bingley Yorkshire.

Source Skennerton as mentioned in post #7
