Battle dress trousers opinions please ???

Hello collectors. I wanted to ask some opinions about a battle dress trousers that was sold on ebay UK. The number is 292533776533.
What do you think, Original or not? And does the label always has to have the stitching from making the trousers running through the label itself?
Opinions would be apreciated. Thanks.

The size 15 ones in the second link are fine too. Nice big size as well.
