British North Africa WW2 helmet?

I have seen this helmet for sale and wondered if it was indeed from the North Africa campaign ? It’s dated 1939

It looks believable,
I’m not sure if it’s fake or not tan paint?
It appears to have been staked up ?

Whats with blurry photos ? nothing I can see suggests North Africa could just as easilly have been used in Cleethorpes . Rob

I think genuine Cleethorpes helmets are worth more ! Rob
