Help with insignia

Hello Guys,
I need some help with these badges, they belong to someone I know, Grandfathers bring back from WW2 Europe campaign. Happy the German stuff is legit but I have no idea what the British stuff is, RNAS? Looks like something is missing from one.

The two wings are from the Royal Navy, Fleet Air Arm. The Pilot wing is missing the central anchor but the Observer wing looks complete.
