Guess it's a District Code Badge as it came on a single High Visible Epaulette in Neon yellow.
The Number was missing but it came with a bunch of 7 different Pairs of Epaulettes from an Essex Police PCSO and 2 Pairs of London Newham BOCU Slides, but that's KF as Code.
Don't have it in my list, what's mainly MPS so maybe, somebody knows it.
