Help with ww1 british helmet made in 1916 unknown maker

Need help on this maker. Maker is obd also marked m&s for the steel maker j&j maxfield & sons. This is kinda a rare helmet being made without the donut. From what i can find only made for a very short time in 1916. Any help would be great. Thanks ed

M&S = J & J Maxfield & Sons Ltd Sheffield. They delivered steel for British WW1 helmets between 1916 and 1918
