Commando knife No.3

Need some help with this commando knife,I must admit I dont know anything
about these,any chance on this one,its marked with arrow-england,and the top is marked with the number 3,the hanger for the scabberd is also marked england.

Good original wartime made knife.

The "England" marking shows it was imported into the USA post war as surplus.
