Recruiting Sgt arm badge, help

Another SOS pickup. I need a little help IDing the unit of this Recruiting Sgt badge. It is a QEII on black wool with maroon staffs, very differant from the standard recruiting arm badge.

Not seen black, but,

Dark Blue (CB 6518) sealed 12th August 1953 introduced on 21st September 1955, also Gold on Rifle Green, Gold on Beech Brown, Silver on Piper green and Silver on Light Infantry Green.
