Help with a Victoria Jubilee medal

As you all probably know a great number of medals and trinkets were made to commerate Queen Victoria's 50th and 60th Jubilees. I found this medal at the '05 SOS. It is a very well made piece using gold, silver and enamelling. Any ideas as to the who, what, were will be much appreciated.

It's a Masonic jubilee medal, issued by the Grand Lodge of England, of which Prince Albert was Grand Master (Note the "GM" after his name).

            Jeff,
Thanks, I suspected it was a masonic piece.

Eric Stahlhut had one of these on the forum not that long ago. Bang in a search and it should appear.
