Is this an SOE or RAF telescope?

This telescope is much larger than the SOE version that I have in my collection already, but it was being represented as one. Was this size also used by the SOE or RAF? If not, any idea what it was or if it is even WWII related?

Looks to be a standard commercial pocket telescope from the late 1800's

I would concure with that. Have a look at the glass it is pretty easy to tell 19C glass from mid 20C glass.

19C glass will be more green and have more bubbles and not as chromatically correct (colours look odd) and of course it will be uncoated.
