It is not navy but an army issue watch, the codes I believe are

W10 British Army
0552 Royal Navy
0555 Royal Marines
6BB Royal Airforce

So your watch is

W10 =British Army
6645 = Military wristwatch
99 = NATO code for UK
With 541-5317 the individual Item Code for a G10 Quartz Wrist Watch, General Purpose.
9198 = watch number and 06 = issue in 2006
