Problem with 1942 40pttn trousers.

Evening folks, I recieved these from a friend as a gift, however i'm not convinced of their authenticity. They look correct from a glance, but the label looks brand spanking new, and the inner liner is a bizarre green. Any thoughts? Many thanks.

I could be wrong, but they look ok to me. The color of the lining is not s red flag in my experience.

Simply a mint trousers IMO ! Nothing wrong .

Has the early brass buttons and the WD stamp matches with the date on the tag too.
