ACE group - help on info

Just purchased this Canadian group to Flight Sgt (wireless Operator) Joseph Rosario Arthur Coulombe . Service number R/96684 RCAF. Served with 106 RAF Squadron. KIA on 03/02/1943. Buried in Hanover War Cemetry. Like to find out what raid he was killed on and what he was flying. Any help would be appreciated. Do have a picture of him.

Thanks Darrel. I had most of That.Maybe he was a POW that died in a camp in Feb/43 (or bomber was shot down. Lots of research which I love. Thanks for the help.

I have the group in my possesion now and it (ACE) passes all the tests and I am quite sure it is an original. I have all the info on him and a picture and his Lancaster number. It was shot down Feb 3/43 over Hanover on the way to raid Hamburg. Night fighter got him. Have the other members of the crew who were KIA with him. The group was given to the seller by Canadian Army Chaplain (who was deceased brother), who has since died.Perhaps those interested in Luftwaffe pilots can tell me who shot him down. Wouldn't that be something ?

I saw this group on ebay but I thought it was odd to have the medals mounted this way to a supposedly KIA fellow. If they were mounted by NOK it was usually in a frame and not normally in a "for wear" fashion.

Maybe the seller has some more docs kicking around too, that would be helpful.

Seller mounted them for a presentation he gave at a museum. There is no pin or catch at the back (he's not a tailor). The seller obtained medals from deceased brother who was a Chaplain in the Army. I know this guy had brothers. One of them won the DFC in Dec /43.
