Victorian/pre WW1 uniform ID help?

Hello,

I would be grateful for any assistance in identifying a pre WW1 British army officers full dress blue uniform I may have an opportunity to acquire. It is outside my usual collecting interests, though I could get into the Victorian era given the chance!.
