Original WW1 Mills grenade?

I have a chance to buy this grenade. Is it a genuine WW1 grenade?

If so,I'm very interested but the seller won't ship it which means I have to drive 150 km to pick it up.

Is it worth it?

Impossible to say without in-hand examination . The bottom plate is one of my listed manufactures and marks are correct for James Reynolds & co.
