I have a gold GQ parachutist badge engraved to:

Does anyone have access to the GQ files? I would like to know the circumstances of Flight Lieutenant Gagne's use of the GQ parachute.
I have not had any luck finding his name on any RCAF or RAF rolls on the web.
My email to the company bounced back as it appears to be an address that no longer works.
Any help appreciated!
