Help for ID a KC Canadian/Britsih Patch

Hi,

The colour tell me navy and the crown commonwelth from 1920-1953, probably Canada or UK but thats it! Any more precise idea ?

Dates are correct, it is for the white summer dress/tunic. It is for a chief signaller, sailor would have achieved petty officer or chief petty officer rank.
