Complete bag of sh#te group on the estand, post war maroon beret with bogus markings, fake badge on a slider, just awful.

Jerry is correct. The seller is not very knowledgable if he thinks this is correct.

Agree with Jerry,
all this stuff should be removed before someone who gets burnt.
We should be more concerned on keeping our hobby safe. I think everything on the e-stand should be checked before posting.

I like the way you can still see the remains of the original markings in the beret. Certainly a duffer of the 1st order.

I was about to post a thread about it myself, but there is no more need for it. The beret is indeed bad. The insignia are definitely not Original to the jacket.
For a smart guy there must be ringing some bells the price for "such a grouping" is very low
