Are these British Helmets?

I know very little about the world of British headgear not sure if this is WW2 or post any information would be great

First one is 27th inf.division

2nd one is civil

The first is WW1 ( though would have to see liner just to make double sure ) second is 1950's Civil Defense . Rob

The second one may be WWII vintage, but looks like a civilian helmet - for dock workers and so on - repainted for Civil Defense. It has almost no value on the collector market. The first one looks promising though.
