I'm going to post some pics of something I picked up for my collection yesterday,but I'll bet none of you can guess what it was used for or by who!

I'll give you one clue to help you out,it wasn't used by the military!!

Filter? water sprinkler for CD bunker etc? Got wrong kind of fitting, I would think, for a fire hose sprinkler...........it seems so familiar but I still can't figure it out.

God knows mate , it was a pipe end filter used to fill up barrage ballons, failing that mate it's a prototype wartime lobster pot
