Where to find "A Soldier's Guide to Sicily"?

Hello gents,

I am an avid collector of all things Operation Husky, and one of the most important items missing from my collection is "A Soldier's Guide to Sicily," which was issued to all Allied troops before hitting the Sicilian beaches. Anyone know where to find an original one?
