RAF Half Wings RG?

I've had this wing and I can't seem to find what it means, I guessed it might be rear gunner, but there was aerial gunner as well so I am not sure if that's it, is it a ww2 example?

"Eagles Recalled" features an RG wing and surmises it could signify Radio Gunner or Rigger Gunner.

I used to know a Sunderland rigger who manned a machine gun as part of his responsibilities.

Going by the embroidery, I'm not too confident about your wing having WW2 pedigree.
